Products

FRAMEWRK products are independent third-party accessories sold as standalone items. Watch modules and any third-party trademarks referenced for compatibility purposes are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any watch manufacturer.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship the order. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered by our limited 12-month warranty.

Intellectual property

All site content is the property of FRAMEWRK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers

FRAMEWRK products are accessories. We make no representation that use of a FRAMEWRK product will preserve any third-party manufacturer's warranty on a module inserted into a frame. Products are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, except as expressly required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAMEWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where FRAMEWRK is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
