Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Destinations and transit times

United States: 4–8 business days standard or 2–3 business days expedited. Canada: 6–10 business days. UK and EU: 6–12 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days.

Shipping rates

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, email us with your order number.
