Product & Compatibility

Does the frame include the watch module?

No. FRAMEWRK products are sold as standalone accessory frames only. You provide your own compatible module.

Which modules are compatible?

The MX-1 is designed for select watch modules within a standard size range. If you are unsure, message us with the brand and model of your module and we will confirm fit.

Is installation permanent?

No. Modules are fully removable and designed for quick swapping. The frame uses a pressure-fit retention system, with no glue, no screws, no permanent modification.

Are tools required?

No tools required. Insertion and removal are done by hand in seconds.

Is FRAMEWRK affiliated with any watch manufacturer?

No. FRAMEWRK is an independent third-party accessory company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Swatch Group, Audemars Piguet, or any watch manufacturer.

Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

United States: 4 to 8 business days. Canada: 6 to 10 business days. UK and EU: 6 to 12 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes assessed by your country of import. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused frames in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every FRAMEWRK frame is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care

How do I clean my frame?

Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water and a mild non-abrasive soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners and abrasive sponges.

Is the frame water-resistant?

The frame body is splash-resistant and can be wiped clean. The FRAMEWRK frame does not add water resistance to your module.

Can I wear it during workouts?

Yes. The frame is built for daily wear. We recommend removing it for swimming, contact sports, and high-impact activities.
