Return & Refund Policy

Return window

FRAMEWRK accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to start a return

Email soleswarehouse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.

Return shipping

Domestic United States returns: FRAMEWRK covers the return label. Other regions: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a refund confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Items showing signs of use, drops, scratches, or modification. Items missing original packaging. Limited-edition releases marked final sale. Gift cards.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will replace the product at no cost.

Warranty

Every FRAMEWRK frame is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, modification, or misuse.
